Our Safety Team is dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of the church
property and its members. This team is at the forefront of crisis management,
responding to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and any security threats.

What to Expect:
➡ Safety Team volunteer located in the front lobby area of the church for both
services.
➡ Safety Team volunteer located at the checkout station on the lower-level
children’s ministry area for both services.
➡ The Safety Team is an essential partner with the children’s ministry.
➡ Respond quickly and calmly to any emergency.
➡ Coordinate with local authorities if needed.
➡ Safety is also provided at special services and events.

Leaders

Brent Maxwell

Brent is the Safety Team Lead. He is an active member of the team, partnering with our Sunday morning Children’s teams, and is the Safety Team Lead for VBS week. Brent and his wife, Allison, started at Northway in September of 2020, looking for a church focused on teaching the Word. They have gotten tied in and love the church community. Brent, Allison, and their two young children reside in South Williamsport. He is a Fire Officer with the Montoursville Fire Department and enjoys hunting, fishing, shooting, archery, and volunteering with the Loyalsock Creek Men's Club.
