What is Pop Up Pantry?

Serving with Compassion

“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger, and you invited me in,”

– Matthew 25:35

NCC Community Food Ministry serve individuals and families in our local community who are facing food insecurity through two programs. Through the generous support of local community partners, church members and volunteers, we provide essential groceries, encouragement, and prayer to those in need.

What is Pop Up Food Pantry?

NCC partners with Agape Fellowship Church to provide a welcoming judgement-free environment to our neighbors in Lycoming County facing food insecurity. This community outreach is held at our church in the lower level Connection Hall every second Thursday of the month. The hours are 3:30 to 5. We serve over 50 families.

➡️We partner with our local Central PA Food Bank.

➡️We have a dedicated volunteer team from community programs working together.

➡️We provide the community meat/cheese/eggs (if available), breakfast items and produce (if available). We also focus on free items and low cost bulk items.

➡️We develop caring relationships with our regular consumers.

➡️Our friendly volunteers are ready to serve, listen, and pray!
