Baptism

Christ Himself was baptized ( Matthew 3:13-15) and He commanded us to baptize others (Matthew 28:19-20). Baptism tells the world we are truly followers ( Matthew 10:32)

We believe that water baptism is an outward symbol of inward faith. The Bible says, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith- and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- not by works, so that no one can boast" ( Ephesians 2:8-9). We clearly are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

Baptism is open to all who believe and are ready to identify fully with Christ. We offer water baptism during either church service.
