At NCC, our mission is to help newcomers feel at home and returning members feel like family by creating a warm environment where everyone feels valued, cared for, and welcomed. First Impressions Team strives to create a welcoming and connected church family where every person feels noticed, included, and prepared to encounter Jesus. With two growing worship services and an online ministry, fostering meaningful connections is essential.
WHAT TO EXPECT:

Becky Foust
Becky Foust joined our staff full-time as our Church Ministry & Family Life Director. She is
our church office administrator and the liaison to all our growing ministries. Becky oversees all our Little Sprouts Nursery, Roots Kids’ Ministry, and Real Walk Youth Ministry, including teaching every Sunday in the kids' ministry and directing VBS. She began attending NCC after she was invited to join a group of women from Northway at a Women’s Retreat. Becky enjoys being part of the Fearless Women’s Ministry and an E3 Small Group. She and her husband, Bryan, reside in Williamsport and have a blended family of five children. Becky enjoys Diamond Art and DIY crafting, as well as spending time with her three dogs.
