At NCC, our mission is to help newcomers feel at home and returning members feel like family by creating a warm environment where everyone feels valued, cared for, and welcomed. First Impressions Team strives to create a welcoming and connected church family where every person feels noticed, included, and prepared to encounter Jesus. With two growing worship services and an online ministry, fostering meaningful connections is essential.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
➡ Greeters assigned at both entrances and the Sanctuary
➡ Help guests find restrooms, kids’ check-in, and seating
➡ Answer questions and direct people to the right places
➡ Offer hospitality through coffee, conversation, and connection
➡ Provide information before and after services at our lobby Welcome Center desk
➡ Follow up with first-time visitors
➡ Name Tag Sundays
➡ Partner with other ministries to ensure a seamless worship experience

Erin Fox

Erin Fox is our First Impressions Lead. Erin was introduced to Northway through her then boyfriend, now husband, Todd. When they began dating, Erin started to attend church with him. She relocated to Loyalsock, married Todd, and together they have made Northway their home. Erin and Todd have two adult daughters and two grandsons. Erin serves on the Media team running the sound board on Sunday mornings. Erin helps plan the annual Friends and Food Truck Sunday. Erin also enjoys participating in our Fearless Women’s ministry.Todd and Erin own a local coffee establishment and in her free time she enjoys playing with their grandchildren and doing arts and crafts.
